Our Programs

Our programs are offered by commission to professionals who embrace the C.H.A.N.G.E Foundation’s mission and vision. These programs are aimed to help individuals and organizations seeking insight and inspiration as they shift their day-to-day routine to reflect a more comprehensive, balanced lifestyle.


The various programs are:

  • Parents for C.H.A.N.G.E

    Parents for C.H.A.N.G.E is a quarterly parental publication that provides resources intended to support families and their development. This publication is available by subscription. The first issue was released in October of 2005. Since 2007, the publication has been regularly distributed to almost 200 families.

  • Parenting Partners

    Parenting Partners is an interactive parenting class that teaches its participants how attention can be used as a parenting tool, how authority can be used wisely, and how to effectively manage stress. The class runs for five sessions, and has been offered quarterly since September 2005. Parenting Partners has also established a monthly parenting support forum, primarily serving single parents of urban, at-risk families.

  • Young Leaders Program

    C.H.A.N.G.E Foundation Young Leaders Program is a program designed to educate and mentor “at-risk” achievers who are in need of guidance as they identify their own “inner passions” and learn how to channel those passions into positive outlets. In its first year, 37 youth attended our “Bridging the Gap” program and received certificates of completion.

  • Self empowerment Classes

    The C.H.A.N.G.E Foundation offers self-empowerment classes that are designed to help their participants build confidence through a mixture of group activities, exercises, and seminars. Those who complete the course gain essential skills that allow them to embrace change in every aspect of their lives.

  • “Money Works” classes

    “Money Works” classes are open to all wishing to improve their financial literacy. These courses are hands-on workshops that teach their participants the practical skills needed to set a budget and stick to a financial plan. Money Works courses also emphasize how to deal with events that may throw your budget for a loop, and how to prepare for those changes.

  • Healthy Living workshops

    The C.H.A.N.G.E Foundation’s Healthy Living workshops are designed to offer students information that will help improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health. Participants learn how to manage stress, prepare healthy meals, stay financially viable, introduce exercise into their daily routines, and connect more deeply to others in order to improve their overall well-being. The C.H.A.N.G.E foundation believes that a balanced life is a healthy life, and assists others as they find the balance that empowers them to live their best lives.
